3-D Virtual Reality Simulator |

 A National Science Foundation grant provided funding for IHCC, in conjunction with Iowa State University (Virtual Reality Application Center – VRAC), to develop a mobile virtual reality computer system, simulating the fermentation process. Students visually experience the inner-workings of a fermenter, thus gaining a better understanding of the fermentation process. This system has been displayed at state fairs, national conventions, and in high school and middle school classrooms through the state.
